Father’s Day has been celebrated in The United States as far back as 1908 and is also recognized in many other countries. On this day, we acknowledge all that fathers do as important members of our families.
In addition to a gift and/or a card this year, show your dad how much you love and appreciate him with a great big meal. Men love to have their favorite foods prepared especially for them. Make it a large portioned, meat and potatoes type of meal full of home cooking and love. Dad will appreciate that you spent the time and the effort to honor all that he does with something from the heart.
