recipe categories / poultry / chicken / casserole-chicken Rotisserie Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Courtesy of H-E-B Ingredients: 1 (26 ounce) jar Ragu Traditional Pasta Sauce 1 (10.5 ounce) can Hill Country Fare Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 H-E-B Good-to-Go! Rotisserie Chicken, boned and chopped 1 (6 ounce) package H-E-B Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1/2 (32 ounce) package R & F Spaghetti 1 (16 ounce) bag Hill Country Fare Frozen Mediterranean Vegetables OR frozen Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables Directions: 1. Spray a 4-quart microwave-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta sauce, mushroom soup, chopped chicken, half the Parmesan cheese and 1 cup water. Toss ingredients to combine and season to taste with salt and black pepper; set mixture aside. 3. Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 6 minutes, add the frozen vegetable mix and cook for 4 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce ingredients in bowl; toss to combine. Evenly fill the prepared baking dish with chicken spaghetti. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese. 4. Cover casserole with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
